L’organizzazione:
Fonderie Ozanam is a social cooperative that operates in the restaurant industry. The cooperative organises courses for young people in difficult situations or with disabilities, with the aim of getting them into the world of work.
The Project:
As part of its fight against food waste, Fonderie Ozanam has produced, during its courses, a line of sustainable canned goods using products recovered from Mercati Generali. In this project you will have the opportunity to support the participants, observe the production process and explore complex issues such as, reuse, sustainability and resource management.
